All businesses that have Computers and Computer Systems can benefit from having access to regular support.  Large corporations employ a full time permanent staff member to fulfil the role.  Smaller organisations, with between 5 and 50 computers, cannot justify having such a position.  They either try to spread a staff member over the computer support role and some other function within the business or may completely ignore the need for regular support and maintenance.
